We deliver orders all over India. In case we are unable to deliver to your pin code, you will be notified at the time of placing the order and your order will not be accepted.

We normally ship all orders within 2 working days.
Transit and delivery time normally takes 4-7 working days after you place the order unless specified otherwise.
An email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. It will contain the tracking number and details of the shipping provider. You can track your shipment by visiting the website of the shipping provider and entering the tracking details provided in the e-mail confirmation.
Our shipping provider will notify you that a delivery attempt was made, and will arrange to deliver the order on an alternate date/time.
For all standard returns and exchanges, we offer a store credit that is redeemable against any future purchase on the www.skyyliving.com. Kindly contact our helpdesk within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise for an exchange or refund. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. Merchandise bought during the sale period cannot be returned or exchanged. You may either ship the product to us or request for a reverse pickup for a nominal fee via helpdesk (customercare@skyyliving.com or 9810124469). All items must be received by us within 14 days of requesting the return in order to qualify for the return.
In case you receive a damaged product, you may initiate a return via our helpdesk (customercare@skyyliving.com or 9810124469) and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We may ask you to provide details of the damage including photographic evidence. Upon verification, if the damage is found valid, we will make arrangements to collect the damaged product and either replace the product or offer you a full refund via your initial method of payment. For COD payments, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product, failing which your claim may be denied upon us receiving the product.
We offer a reverse pick up facility to pick up the damaged merchandise without any charges to you. In case the reverse pick up facility is not available on your pin code, we will request you to ship the products directly to us. Shipping costs of all approved returns will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit that can be redeemed against any future purchase on skyyliving.com. Refund in your wallet will settle within 24 hours. However, for CC/DC/NB/UPI, refund may take 3-21 working days to settle.
We offer free shipping in India on order value above Rs. 1999. For order value below Rs. 1999, there is a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 149
You need to make full payment to the shipping provider before opening the COD package. The shipping provider delivering your order is not authorised to accept returns. All returns need to be routed through our helpdesk (customercare@skyyliving.com or 9810124469).
